Procuramos uma pessoa com olhar crítico, perfil proativo e capacidade analítica, que atue na promoção da cultura de segurança da informação, zelando por boas práticas e elevando a maturidade dos processos da área.Você será responsável garantir a estratégia e a arquitetura de gestão de identidades e acessos, definindo como usuários, papéis, permissões e ciclos de vida (provisionamento, alterações, desprovisionamento) são administrados dentro da organização, atuando como um facilitador entre diferentes áreas de tecnologia, contribuindo assim para a excelência e sucesso do negócio.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia e execução dos processos de Governança e Administração de Identidades (IGA/IAM), alinhando segurança, conformidade e agilidade;Desenvolver, revisar e manter políticas, normas e procedimentos relacionados à gestão de identidades e acessos;Promover programas de conscientização e treinamentos sobre IGA/IAM para todas as áreas da empresa;Assegurar a conformidade com requisitos regulatórios (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002, Resolução Bacen 85, SOX) no escopo de identidades e acessos;Supervisionar e garantir a efetividade dos controles de acesso como RBAC, SoD, SSO, MFA,PAM;Conduzir e responder a auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à governança de acessos;Identificar riscos e vulnerabilidades em acessos e identidades, propondo e implementando medidas corretivas;Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos acessos: onboarding, movimentações internas, offboarding e recertificações periódicas;Apoiar a integração e gestão de ferramentas IAM, PAM e CIAM, com foco em eficiência operacional e escalabilidade;Ser referência técnica e estratégica para o time de Segurança da Informação e demais áreas impactadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em Gestão e Governança de Identidades e Acessos (IAM, IGA, PAM, CIAM, SSO, MFA);Experiência comprovada em liderança direta de pessoas/equipes na área de TI ou Segurança da Informação;Domínio na implantação de RBAC, controles SoD, políticas de acesso e fluxos de aprovação;Conhecimento em processos de compliance e frameworks de segurança;Vivência prática com ferramentas de administração de identidades, cofre de senhas e PAM;Capacidade de realizar diagnósticos de risco e liderar planos de ação eficazes;Comunicação clara e habilidade para influenciar stakeholders em todos os níveis.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Familiaridade com ferramentas como IDM de mercado, Push Security, Keeper Security, PAM senhasegura;Vivência em auditorias de PCI-DSS voltadas a controles de IAM;Certificações ou cursos em IAM, governança de acesso, ou segurança da informação (ex: CIAM, CISM, CompTIA Security+);Experiência prévia no segmento de Fintechs ou Instituições Financeiras;Inglês técnico.Modelo de Trabalho:Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira);Contratação CLT.
