Estamos buscando um(a) Technical Account Manager (TAM) para integrar nosso time de especialistas em tecnologia e atuar na interseção entre Tecnologia, Negócios e Vendas. Este(a) profissional terá papel estratégico na construção de soluções durante o processo comercial, entendendo o ambiente tecnológico, os desafios e os objetivos de negócio dos clientes e traduzindo essas necessidades em arquiteturas, estudos e propostas de valor.O(a) TAM deverá atuar de forma consultiva, com postura de negócios e capacidade de dialogar tanto com profissionais técnicos quanto com gestores e executivos. Um importante diferencial será o conhecimento de AWS e de ambientes de nuvem pública, permitindo avaliar cenários de migração, modernização e transformação de ambientes tradicionais para a nuvem, e traduzir essas jornadas para as soluções da PWS Cloud.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica e consultiva nas oportunidades;Participar de reuniões com clientes para compreender ambiente tecnológico, necessidades, desafios e objetivos de negócio;Conduzir levantamentos e diagnósticos técnicos necessários para a construção das soluções;Traduzir requisitos técnicos e de negócio em arquiteturas, estudos, escopos e propostas de solução;Elaborar estudos de arquitetura, dimensionamento, migração, modernização e evolução de ambientes;Avaliar cenários on-premises, cloud privada, cloud pública e ambientes híbridos, identificando o modelo mais adequado para cada necessidade;Utilizar conhecimento de AWS para analisar ambientes existentes e traduzir workloads e serviços para arquiteturas equivalentes ou complementares na PWS Cloud;Apoiar a definição de roadmaps de transformação tecnológica e migração para cloud;Avaliar oportunidades relacionadas a Compute, Storage, Networking, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Cybersegurança, Alta Disponibilidade, Containers/Kubernetes e bancos de dados;Apoiar análises de TCO, ROI, capacidade, dimensionamento e viabilidade técnica das soluções;Elaboração da proposta de valor, conectando características técnicas a benefícios para o negócio;Liderar apresentações técnicas, workshops, demonstrações e provas de conceito (PoCs);Produzir documentação técnica, diagramas de arquitetura, escopos e premissas das soluções;Garantir alinhamento entre a necessidade identificada no cliente, a solução proposta e a capacidade de entrega da PWS Cloud;Compartilhar aprendizados e padrões de soluções com os times de Produto, Pré-Vendas, Operações e Growth.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em infraestrutura, cloud computing, arquitetura de soluções ou serviços de tecnologia;Conhecimento sólido em ambientes de cloud pública e/ou privada;Conhecimento prático ou sólido de AWS;Conhecimentos em redes, segurança da informação, virtualização, storage, backup, disaster recovery e alta disponibilidade;Conhecimentos em containers, Kubernetes, bancos de dados e serviços gerenciados de cloud;Experiência em processos de pré-venda e interação com clientes corporativos;Capacidade de compreender problemas de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções tecnológicas;Inglês técnico para leitura e escrita.
