¡Se parte de Stefanini!​En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.​Responsabilidades y atribucionesLiderar técnicamente la migración de aplicaciones Angular hacia Angular 21.Liderar el desacoplamiento de OIM hacia una arquitectura de Microfrontends.Definir y validar la implementación de Microfrontends, Module Federation, Shell, routing y lazy loading.Definir lineamientos para el uso de componentes, servicios y librerías compartidas entre los diferentes aplicativos.Analizar código existente, identificar dependencias e incompatibilidades y definir las estrategias técnicas de migración.Realizar revisiones de código y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de desarrollo, arquitectura y calidad.Participar en la definición y documentación de la arquitectura utilizando modelo C4 y otros artefactos técnicos requeridos.Coordinar técnicamente con desarrolladores, arquitectos, equipos Frontend, Backend, Infraestructura y Cloud, gestionando dependencias y riesgos.Asegurar la aplicación de prácticas de calidad de código, cobertura de pruebas unitarias y pruebas automatizadas E2E.Participar en la definición de soluciones considerando su evolución y futura migración hacia ambientes Cloud, preferentemente AWS.Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos indispensables3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con sólida experiencia en Angular y TypeScript.1 a 2 años Liderando equipos de Front End.Experiencia comprobada como Desarrollador Senior en proyectos de mediana o alta complejidad.Experiencia real en migraciones de Angular entre diferentes versiones.Experiencia real en arquitecturas de Microfrontends, desacoplamiento de aplicaciones y Module Federation.Conocimientos de arquitectura de software y modelo C4 para documentación y comunicación de soluciones.Conocimientos de Backend, preferentemente Java y/o .NET, y experiencia en integración mediante APIs REST.Experiencia en pruebas unitarias, cobertura de código y pruebas automatizadas E2E.Experiencia participando en proyectos de migración o implementación Cloud, preferentemente AWS.Conocimiento de Git y CI/CD.DeseablesExperiencia en definición de estándares y lineamientos de arquitectura Frontend.Conocimientos de Docker, Kubernetes y servicios AWS.Experiencia en proyectos de seguros o sector financiero.Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad como SonarQube.
