¡Se parte de Stefanini!En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Técnico Instalador de Telecomunicaciones con experiencia en trabajos de campo, instalación de equipos y trabajos en torres de telecomunicaciones.Responsabilidades y atribuciones¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!¡Technical Lead!¿Por qué te elegiremos? ¡Porque los desafíos que enfrentas reflejan tus ambiciones!Para enfrentar mejor estos desafíos, necesitas:·        Realizar el análisis y diseño detallados.·        Liderar y guiar los equipos de desarrollo generado buenas practicas.·        la construcción y entrega para pruebas de calidad y de usuario que permitan liberar los componentes de software.·        Experiencia práctica comprobada en desarrollo de software trabajando con las versiones.·        Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.·        Comprensión de las herramientas de control de versiones de código.·        Familiaridad con los procesos de desarrollo de integración continua y entrega continúa utilizando herramientas.Funciones principalesRealizar la instalación, montaje, desmontaje y mantenimiento de equipos de telecomunicaciones en torres y estaciones base.Ejecutar trabajos en altura para la instalación de antenas, RRU, radios y otros equipos.Realizar tendido, ordenamiento y conexionado de cables RF, energía y fibra óptica.Cumplir con los procedimientos técnicos y estándares de calidad del proyecto.Participar en inspecciones de seguridad y verificar las condiciones del área de trabajo antes de iniciar las actividades.Reportar incidentes, condiciones inseguras y cualquier riesgo identificado durante los trabajos.Seguridad y salud en el trabajoCumplir estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad para trabajos en altura y riesgo eléctrico.Contar con conocimientos en el uso correcto de arnés de seguridad, línea de vida, doble línea de anclaje y demás equipos de protección personal (EPP).Verificar el estado de los equipos de protección y herramientas antes de iniciar las labores.Participar en charlas de seguridad, elaboración de ATS y análisis de riesgos antes de cada actividad.Aplicar los procedimientos de prevención de caídas y rescate en altura establecidos por el proyecto.Detener los trabajos cuando se identifiquen condiciones inseguras y comunicarlas al supervisor.Mantener el orden y la limpieza en el área de trabajo.Requisitos y calificaciones RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 2 años como técnico instalador de telecomunicaciones.Experiencia en instalación de antenas, RRU, radios y equipos de telecomunicaciones.Indispensable: no tener temor a subir torres y contar con experiencia en trabajos en altura.Conocimientos en instalación y conexionado de cableado RF, energía y fibra óptica.Conocimiento de sistemas RAN, transmisión (TX) y energía (deseable).Conocimiento de normas y procedimientos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST).Disponibilidad para viajar a provincia a nivel nacional.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, responsabilidad y compromiso.Se ofreceIngreso a planilla con todos los beneficios de ley.Viáticos cubiertos durante los viajes a provincia.Oportunidad de participar en proyectos de telecomunicaciones a nivel nacional.Capacitación y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad para trabajos en altura.
