Buscamos profissional Technical Product Manager, Product Engineer, Engineering Manager e/ou Tech Lead.Responsabilidades e atribuições • Conduzir o processo de produto de ponta a ponta — prioridade central da posição: discovery com as áreas de negócio e validação com usuários finais, gestão de backlog único e visível, escrita de critérios de aceite e priorização por valor junto ao Head de Tecnologia.• Gerir os desenvolvedores no dia a dia: 1:1s, acompanhamento de desempenho, cobrança de entrega e remoção de impedimentos; conduzir os processos seletivos da equipe em crescimento a partir do primeiro mês.• Atuar diretamente no desenvolvimento: implementação de funcionalidades, correções e revisão de Pull Requests no stack TypeScript/React — parcela minoritária e recorrente da carga semanal; a posição é avaliada por resultado de entrega.• Apoiar a infraestrutura da plataforma (CI/CD, ambientes, observabilidade) em conjunto com a equipe de engenharia responsável por integrações.• Operar o modelo enxuto de gestão: cadência de ritos, métricas de fluxo e de produto (adoção, uso e qualidade) e report executivo mensal. • Planejar e conduzir o lançamento do aplicativo em conjunto com as áreas de negócio: estratégia de rollout, comunicação com a base de clientes e preparação das equipes de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificações • Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou demais Engenharias; • Necessário conhecimento em Gestão de produto na prática: discovery com as áreas de negócio, gestão de backlog único, escrita de critérios de aceite e priorização por valor; gestão direta de desenvolvedores (1:1s, acompanhamento, cobrança de entrega e remoção de impedimentos); desenvolvimento hands-on em TypeScript/React, com leitura crítica de Pull Requests; operação de modelo enxuto de gestão (ritos, métricas de fluxo e report executivo mensal); acompanhamento de indicadores de produto pós-lançamento (adoção, uso e qualidade); gestão de expectativas com stakeholders, com documentação de decisões e dos trade-offs entre escopo solicitado e entregue. • React Native/Expo e PostgreSQL; noções de CI/CD e observabilidade (apoio em infraestrutura); experiência na estruturação de operações de tecnologia em empresas em crescimento (scale-ups ou software houses);• Vivência mínima de 5 anos em tecnologia com trajetória híbrida produto + engenharia (TPM, Product Engineer, Tech Lead com atuação em produto ou EM hands-on), tendo gerido de 3 a 10 desenvolvedores.• Ferramentas de gestão ágil (Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear ou similares); Git/GitHub; domínio de ferramentas de IA (Claude, GPT ou similares) no dia a dia.;
