Aqui dentro, acreditamos em colaboração, em diálogo e no poder de fazer diferente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes, sob supervisão do enfermeiro, conforme protocolos e POPs institucionais;Realizar aferição de sinais vitais e identificar alterações clínicas, comunicando imediatamente ao enfermeiro;Executar procedimentos de enfermagem, como curativos, retirada de pontos, cuidados com sondas e administração de medicamentos, conforme prescrição e competência profissional;Realizar a instalação e retirada de MAPA e Holter, ECG e demais procedimentos definidos para a unidade;Preparar o paciente e prestar suporte na realização de exames e procedimentos;Realizar a conferência da identificação do paciente, prescrição, medicamento, dose, via, horário e demais barreiras de segurança antes dos procedimentos;Reconhecer sinais de deterioração clínica e prestar suporte inicial em urgências e emergências, acionando o enfermeiro e seguindo os protocolos institucionais;Realizar controle e registro de temperatura de geladeiras, quando aplicável;Verificar validade, armazenamento e condições dos medicamentos, materiais e insumos assistenciais;Auxiliar no controle de estoque e sinalizar necessidades de reposição;Garantir a organização e preparo dos consultórios e salas de procedimentos entre os atendimentos;Realizar registros assistenciais de forma clara, completa e rastreável nos sistemas e documentos institucionais;Comunicar ao enfermeiro intercorrências, não conformidades, eventos adversos e riscos identificados durante a assistência;Cumprir as práticas de biossegurança, precauções padrão, NR-32, gerenciamento de resíduos e uso adequado de EPIs;Participar de treinamentos, capacitações, auditorias internas e ações relacionadas à qualidade e segurança do paciente;Zelar pelos equipamentos, materiais e patrimônio utilizados na assistência;Manter atendimento acolhedor, humanizado e respeitoso aos pacientes e familiares;Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a continuidade e segurança do cuidado.Requisitos e qualificações Curso Técnico de Enfermagem completo;Registro ativo e regular no COREN;Experiência prévia em ambiente ambulatorial, hospitalar ou pronto atendimento; Conhecimento em segurança do paciente, administração de medicamentos e boas práticas assistenciais;Conhecimento em aferição de sinais vitais, curativos e demais procedimentos de enfermagem compatíveis com a função;Capacidade para reconhecer sinais de intercorrências clínicas e situações de urgência/emergência;Familiaridade com registros assistenciais e utilização de sistemas informatizados;Boa comunicação, organização, responsabilidade e trabalho em equipe;Desejável capacitação atualizada em BLS/Suporte Básico de Vida;Desejável experiência com ECG, MAPA, Holter e rotina ambulatorial;Perfil proativo, atento aos detalhes e comprometido com a qualidade e segurança da assistência.
