Diagnosticar falhas em sistemas e equipamentos, utilizando ferramentas de diagnóstico e técnicas de solução de problemas para identificar a causa raiz e implementar soluções eficazes. Monitorar o desempenho dos sistemas e equipamentos, coletando e analisando dados para identificar tendências e oportunidades de melhoria. Implementar melhorias nos sistemas e equipamentos, com base em análises de desempenho e feedback dos usuários, para aumentar a eficiência e a confiabilidade. Solicitar ao Supervisor a reposição de peças para os equipamentos, garantindo a disponibilidade de recursos necessários para a manutenção. Cumprir com as normas de segurança e saúde no trabalho, utilizando equipamentos de proteção individual e seguindo procedimentos de segurança para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro. Participar de treinamentos e atualizações técnicas, para manterse atualizado com as últimas tecnologias e práticas de manutenção. Documentar todas as atividades de manutenção, registrando detalhes de trabalho realizado, peças utilizadas e tempo gasto, para fins de rastreabilidade e análise. Auxiliar na formação de novos membros da equipe, compartilhando conhecimento técnico e experiência para garantir a continuidade das operações. Contribuir para a gestão de estoque de peças de reposição, monitorando níveis de estoque e sugerindo compras quando necessário, para garantir a disponibilidade de peças para manutenção.
