Responsável por manter as máquinas e sistemas da fábrica em pleno funcionamento, executando manutenções corretivas e preventivas, além de instalar e otimizar sistemas de controle e automação industrial, assegurando a confiabilidade dos equipamentos e a continuidade dos processos produtivos.Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar manutenções corretivas e preventivas em caldeiras a vapor, compressores de ar e amônia, painéis elétricos de comando e distribuição, termostatos, pressostatos, CLPs e IHMs, garantindo o pleno funcionamento dos sistemas.Realizar diagnósticos, parametrizações e reparos em sistemas de automação simples e complexos, envolvendo sensores analógicos e digitais, redes industriais, controladores lógicos programáveis (CLPs) e interfaces homem-máquina (IHMs).Parametrizar inversores de frequência via software, avaliando e implementando melhorias nas programações e no desempenho dos sistemas automatizados.Montar painéis elétricos e de comando, instalando sensores, microcontroladores e dispositivos de automação conforme projetos e especificações técnicas.Executar manutenções em motores elétricos, servomotores e sistemas eletropneumáticos, garantindo eficiência operacional e segurança.Manter atualizado o estoque mínimo de inversores, CLPs, IHMs, cabos e softwares, bem como os backups de programas e parametrizações.Realizar instalações e manutenções elétricas prediais em áreas administrativas, industriais e de apoio, conforme normas técnicas e de segurança.Registrar de forma precisa no sistema de manutenção as horas trabalhadas, defeitos identificados, causas e soluções aplicadas, assegurando rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações.
