Atender com empatia e cordialidade os pacientes, realizar coletas de sangue conforme solicitado para a realização das análises clínicas que auxiliam o diagnóstico médico, com segurança técnica e qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColher amostras biológicas, sempre que solicitado, alimentando as ferramentas de gestão de amostras no sistema MV módulo PSSD;Assinar os pedidos corretamente a fim de garantir a rastreabilidade deles;Alimentar os cadernos de registros e protocolos do setor;Fazer a conferência de dados do paciente como etiqueta de identificação;Realizar a separação de amostras para envio a outros laboratórios;Executar o cadastro de pacientes no sistema para envio ao laboratório de apoio;Prestar atendimento a pacientes no ambulatório;Utilizar bancadas de trabalho adequadas ao exercício das atividades laboratoriais mantendo as superfícies devidamente higienizadas visando minimizar riscos de infecção;Cumprir a legislação vigente e Programa de Gerenciamento dos Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde (PGRSS) para a gestão de resíduos, bem como de materiais perfurocortantes, visando minimizar riscos de contaminação do ambiente, respeitando normas de acondicionamento, tratamento, vedação, embalagem, identificação e destinação de materiais;Utilizar obrigatoriamente equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) adequados ao risco, bem como providenciar sua reposição sempre que necessário;Cumprir medidas preventivas de acordo com as características das atividades desenvolvidas e dos fatores de risco existentes no local de trabalho, de acordo com a legislação específica e normas regulamentadoras;Recolher Material Biológico nas unidades assistenciais quando aplicávelColetar exames de gasometria arterial /venoso e realizar a execução delas quando aplicável;Executar outras atividades correlatas, quando solicitado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios Curso Técnico em Patologia Clínica; Pacote office. Curso de Biomedicina Requisitos DesejáveisExperiência com coleta Hospitalar.Informações adicionaisTransporte: Vale-Transporte;Bem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Soluções Financeiras: empréstimo consignado do Sicoob;/ Comissão por desempenhoEducação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Reconhecimento: prêmio retorno de férias;Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 28,60 por dia trabalhado;
