• Realizar serviços de manutenção em instalações hidráulicas e sanitárias;

• Identificar e reparar vazamentos em tubulações, conexões, registros, válvulas, torneiras e pontos de consumo;

• Substituir torneiras, registros, válvulas, sifões, flexíveis, boias, caixas acopladas e demais componentes hidráulicos;

• Realizar manutenção em vasos sanitários, mictórios, lavatórios, chuveiros, pias e bebedouros;

• Executar desentupimentos de tubulações, ralos, caixas sifonadas e linhas sanitárias;

• Realizar inspeção e manutenção em caixas d'água, reservatórios e sistemas de distribuição de água;

• Apoiar na identificação de perdas de água e consumo anormal;

• Executar reparos em alvenaria, pisos, revestimentos, paredes e demais estruturas prediais;

• Realizar serviços de pintura em áreas internas e externas, incluindo preparação e acabamento de superfícies;

• Realizar serviços de pintura em máquinas e equipamentos, incluindo preparação e acabamento de superfícies;

• Executar reparos e ajustes em portas, grades, esquadrias e demais estruturas metálicas;

• Executar reparos e manutenção em telhados, calhas e rufos;

• Identificar necessidades de manutenção e comunicar à gestão eventuais anomalias ou condições que possam comprometer o funcionamento das instalações;

• Utilizar adequadamente ferramentas, materiais e equipamentos necessários à execução das atividades;

• Apoiar na movimentação, organização e armazenamento de materiais e equipamentos utilizados nas atividades de manutenção;

• Manter a limpeza, organização e conservação do ambiente e das ferramentas de trabalho;

• Cumprir os procedimentos internos, normas de segurança e demais orientações aplicáveis às atividades;

• Buscar a melhoria contínua das atividades e zelar pela qualidade dos serviços realizados;Requisitos e qualificações • Ensino Fundamental completo;

• Experiência anterior com manutenção predial ou atividades relacionadas;

• Conhecimentos em manutenção hidráulica, alvenaria, pintura e reparos prediais;

• Conhecimento no uso de ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados em manutenção;

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 07h30 às 17h18, de terça-feira a sábado.
