Acompanhar e inspecionar o recebimento de suprimentos, verificar especificações técnicas dos materiais, inserir informações em sistema para classificar de acordo com tipo e grupo, a fim de manter o controle e disponibilidade do estoque.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Conferir os certificados de liberação dos materiais (CLM), os certificados de aprovação dos EPI e EPC (CA), a ficha de informações de segurança de produtos químicos (FISPQ), os certificados de qualidade e as licenças requeridas, efetuando as respectivas digitalizações e vinculação no Sistema Informatizado PETROBRAS; recepcionar os fornecedores e/ou transportadores de entrega de bens, orientando o condutor do veículo; Analisar antes do descarregamento as condições de segurança das cargas no veículo transportador; Executar sempre que necessário as atividades de recebimento, programação logística, conferência e preservação de materiais; Receber, conferir e confirmar protocolo da nota fiscal, confrontando com o conhecimento de transporte e o pedido; identificar materiais e volumes recebidos; Registrar no Conhecimento de Transporte Rodoviário (CT-E) e na nota fiscal o recebimento ou qualquer divergência com relação às notas fiscais e/ou volumes entregues; Escriturar o recebimento da nota fiscal no sistema informatizado da PETROBRAS; Registrar dados do requisitante no documento de entrada, quando se tratar de materiais de entrega direta; Manter atualizadas as pastas de fichas de emergência e FISPQ, com os documentos mais recentes, organizar e atualizar arquivos de dados; Conferir quantidades/pesagem; Conferir documentação e confrontar os materiais com as especificações dos pedidos de compras, avaliando suas notas de texto e seus anexos (Folha de dados-FD, Especificação técnica-ET, Requisição de material-RM, Desenho-DE, etc); Efetuar conferência visual e dimensional; realizar recebimento contábil via sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; realizar a entrada de materiais com previsão de data de validade com a indicação do lote no sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; Digitalizar e inserir foto do material recebido, comprovante de entrega, certificados e demais documentos relativos à entrega, tais como DANFE, CLM, data book, tickets de pesagem e demais documentos pertinentes no sistema informatizado da PETROBRAS; Criar e gerenciar as localizações dos materiais, tanto no sistema informatizado quanto fisicamente, transferindo-os quando necessário entre os armazéns localizados na UN; Realizar preservação de materiais e equipamentos, quando necessário, conforme Plano de Preservação e orientação da Fiscalização; Realizar contagem física de itens em estoque, de acordo com o cronograma definido pela Fiscalização; Apoiar coordenação do inventário na realização de pesquisas através de: consulta de movimentações no sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; Verificar movimentações nos documentos de entrada e saída, procurar fisicamente materiais nos almoxarifados e junto aos usuários etc.; Recontar os itens divergentes por demanda da Coordenação do inventário; Realizar inventário anual para 100% dos itens em estoque ou conforme orientação da Fiscalização; manter os materiais/estruturas organizadas a fim de atender as melhores práticas relacionadas a logística de armazenagem. Obedecer a todas as rotinas, procedimentos, e normas de saúde segurança e meio ambiente (SSMA), envolvidas no processo.

Requisitos e qualificações01. Nível Superior Técnico ou Tecnólogo nas áreas: mecânica, instrumentação, automação industrial, robótica, eletromecânica, eletrotécnica ou eletrônica.02. Experiência mínima 1 (um) ano em atividades de conferência, inspeção ou fabricação de materiais industriais e utilização de instrumentos de medição.03. Desejável NR 20, NR 35, conhecimentos em FISPQ, Operador de PEMT, Conhecimento em recebimento e/ou emissão de notas fiscais, Pacote Office: Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.Informações adicionais* Salário de R$ 2563,46 + 30% de adicional de periculosidade;* Transporte fretado;* Refeição no local;* Cesta básica no valor de 800,00 no cartão VR;* Cesta Natalina no valor de  220,50 no cartão VR;* Seguro de Vida Porto Seguro;* Plano de Saúde Unimed;* Plano Odontológico Amil;* Plano Academia Total Pass;* Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR).
