Porque, trabalhar em nossas fábricas é muito mais do fazer chocolate: é colocar amor em cada processo, atenção em cada detalhe e orgulho em tudo o que entregamos 💪🤝.Se você busca um lugar com foco, colaboração e paixão em realizar... 🙌🤎 📍 Seu lugar é aqui!#VemDarShow 🤎Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer por aqui:Contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança, realizando checklists, orientações e ações de comportamento seguro;Atuar na implementação e acompanhamento de políticas, programas, normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente;Participar da investigação de acidentes e incidentes, identificando causas e propondo ações preventivas e corretivas;Realizar DDS e DSS junto aos colaboradores;Ministrar treinamentos de segurança para lideranças e equipes, de acordo com as necessidades e criticidades dos processos;Realizar a gestão de terceiros nos temas relacionados à Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional;Desenvolver e acompanhar projetos voltados à adequação de máquinas e equipamentos, ergonomia, prevenção de acidentes e redução do absenteísmo;Realizar treinamentos relacionados às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais exigências legais;Apoiar a organização e realização da CIPA, SIPAT e formação da Brigada de Emergência;Realizar os lançamentos das informações de SST no eSocial, incluindo os eventos S-2210 e S-2240;Realizar auditorias, inspeções e avaliações dos ambientes de trabalho, identificando riscos e recomendando medidas de prevenção;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e manter os registros relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho atualizados;Acompanhar indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho, contribuindo com planos de ação e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
