Valorizamos a criatividade, a colaboração e a busca contínua pela excelência.Estamos em busca de um Técnico de segurança do trabalho comprometido, responsável e com espírito de equipe, para atuar na fabricação de nossos produtos metálicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar, controlar e atualizar toda a documentação de Segurança do Trabalho exigida por clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.Realizar o cadastro e a manutenção de documentos em portais de clientes (SG3, Bernhoeft, SGG, SOC, entre outros, conforme necessidade).Acompanhar os vencimentos de documentos obrigatórios, como ASO, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, certificados de treinamentos, fichas de EPI, CNHs, certificados de operadores e demais documentos legais.Solicitar, conferir e organizar documentos de colaboradores, terceiros e empresas contratadas, garantindo que estejam em conformidade com as exigências legais e contratuais.Monitorar pendências documentais, realizar cobranças internas e acompanhar a regularização dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Emitir relatórios de controle, indicadores (KPIs) e planilhas de acompanhamento da documentação.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando documentos e evidências quando solicitado.Prestar suporte às equipes de RH, Operações e Comercial em demandas relacionadas à documentação de Segurança do Trabalho.Acompanhar alterações na legislação trabalhista e nas Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), garantindo a atualização dos processos internos.Domínio das Normas Regulamentadoras (em especial, NR´s 01, 04, 05, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 33 e 35).Manter arquivos físicos e digitais organizados, assegurando rastreabilidade, controle e fácil acesso às informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em auditorias de sistemas de gestão certificados (preferencialmente com curso de auditor em ISO 45001 e/ou ISO 14001).Conhecimento das principais ferramentas da qualidade como 4M, 5G, 5W1H, 5S, 8D, dentre outras e métodos de análise de acidentes.Boa comunicação e pro atividade.Pacote Office Informações adicionaisFácil acesso ao bairro Vereda em Ribeirão das Neves.
