Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para integrar nosso time, atuando diretamente nas obras e contribuindo para a promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro, acompanhando as atividades em campo, orientando as equipes e garantindo o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar diretamente nas obras, acompanhando as atividades e condições de segurança em campo; Realizar inspeções e identificar situações de risco, propondo e acompanhando medidas preventivas e corretivas; Orientar e acompanhar as equipes quanto ao cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho; Realizar e acompanhar DDS, treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de segurança; Acompanhar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis às atividades; Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar documentos e registros relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho; Acompanhar a utilização correta de EPIs e EPCs, realizando orientações sempre que necessário; Apoiar na investigação e análise de acidentes e incidentes, propondo ações preventivas; Realizar o acompanhamento de permissões de trabalho, APRs e demais controles de segurança; Apoiar na gestão e controle de treinamentos, exames e documentos obrigatórios; Acompanhar auditorias e fiscalizações, contribuindo para a manutenção da conformidade legalAtuar em conjunto com as equipes de Engenharia e Operações na identificação e tratamento de riscos;

Contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificações Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo; Registro profissional ativo junto ao MTE; Experiência anterior como Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em obras de infraestrutura, construção civil ou terraplanagem; Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e legislação de Segurança do Trabalho; Experiência com atuação em campo e acompanhamento de equipes operacionais; Conhecimento em elaboração de APR, DDS, inspeções e controles de segurança; Conhecimento do Pacote Office; Boa comunicação e facilidade para orientação e relacionamento com equipes; Perfil proativo, responsável, organizado e com boa capacidade de tomada de decisão.
