Assistir ao Enfermeiro em atividade de atendimento a paciente em situação de urgência/emergência no Pronto Socorro Adulto, visando à manutenção da vida e prevenindo danos e sequelas, além de conferir o material de entubação, a regulagem e o funcionamento dos sistemas de oxigênio, vácuo, ar comprimido, equipamentos monitores e o controle de todo material esterilizado, atuando em conformidade com as normas e procedimentos de biossegurança, política, condutas e protocolos institucionais e comportamento ético profissional de acordo com o Código de Ética de Enfermagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar o enfermeiro responsável no atendimento, supervisão da unidade e planejamento da assistência de enfermagem.Receber e passar plantão, informando todas as intercorrências ao profissional responsável pelo turno seguinte.Prestar cuidados integrais aos pacientes conforme o plano assistencial e administrar medicamentos prescritos, observando seus efeitos.Receber e admitir pacientes na unidade, promovendo adaptação, conforto e segurança.Verificar sinais vitais e realizar procedimentos necessários na admissão do paciente.Ler e executar prescrições médicas e de enfermagem.Registrar em prontuário todos os cuidados prestados e intercorrências observadas.Preparar e encaminhar pacientes para exames laboratoriais e diagnósticos.Realizar ou auxiliar na coleta e envio de exames.Executar punção venosa e eletrocardiograma, quando pertinente.Auxiliar a equipe médica em procedimentos assistenciais.Controlar o estoque de materiais e medicamentos dos pacientes.Solicitar reposição de materiais e medicamentos quando necessário.Manter a limpeza e organização das áreas de enfermagem, materiais e equipamentos.Comunicar altas, transferências e óbitos aos setores envolvidos.Organizar e manter atualizados os prontuários dos pacientes.Encaminhar solicitações de exames, cirurgias e demais demandas administrativas da unidade.Atender médicos, pacientes e familiares dentro dos limites de sua função.Informar o enfermeiro sobre qualquer intercorrência na unidade.Acompanhar a evolução clínica e o estado geral dos pacientes.Ler relatórios e avisos relacionados aos cuidados de enfermagem.Acompanhar e encaminhar pacientes transferidos para outros setores.Prestar cuidados de higiene, conforto, alimentação e mobilização dos pacientes.Monitorar e registrar sinais vitais e balanço hídrico.Realizar curativos, sondagens, enteroclisma e demais procedimentos permitidos ao cargo.Executar higiene dos pacientes, incluindo cuidados com sondas, drenos e dispositivos.Realizar curativos sob orientação e acompanhamento do enfermeiro.Monitorar o funcionamento de materiais e equipamentos médicos.Solicitar manutenção ou substituição de equipamentos quando necessário.Atuar em tratamentos especializados e operar equipamentos específicos da área.Executar atividades administrativas definidas pela liderança.Realizar controle de materiais da CME, almoxarifado, desfibrilador e medicamentos.Registrar informações e controles em prontuários e sistemas.Atuar como multiplicador no treinamento de novos colaboradores.Colaborar na prevenção e controle de infecções hospitalares por meio da aplicação dos protocolos institucionais.Manter registro ativo e regular junto ao COREN, com obrigações financeiras em dia.Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme determinação da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Medio completo;Coren ativo de Tecnico de enfermagem;Experiência na CARDIOLOGIA; Informações adicionaisCarga horária:180:00 13:00 19:00 - Com 15 min de intervalo (6x1)Unidade:Hospital Ribeirão PretoO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Programa de descontos;
