Prover a sala operatória com materiais e equipamentos cirúrgicos necessários à prestação de assistência ao paciente durante período pré, intra e pós-operatório, registrar o consumo dos materiais utilizados em sala operatória e recuperação pós-anestésica, assim como de toda a assistência de enfermagem prestada ao paciente durante sua permanência no Centro Cirúrgico, e ainda, zelar pela manutenção da infraestrutura do setor em condições adequadas para o pleno desenvolvimento do processo anestésico-cirúrgico e prevenção de infecção em sítio cirúrgico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber o plantão e prestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada aos clientes;Realizar check-list do funcionamento dos equipamentos, garantindo que estejam em perfeitas condições de uso;Executar atividades de limpeza, desinfecção, higienização de materiais e equipamentos, bem como seu armazenamento e distribuição;Sinalizar qualquer dano ou necessidade de reparo em equipamentos, informando imediatamente ao enfermeiro para requisitar a ordem de serviço (OS);Utilizar adequadamente os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs);Acolher as gestantes oriundas do setor de emergência obstétrica ou maternidade eletiva, coletando as informações cadastrais e relacionadas ao cartão pré-natal;Realizar verificação dos sinais vitais;Realizar coleta de sangue de capilares sanguíneos (glicemia capilar);Realizar punção de acesso periférico;Administrar medicações conforme prescrição médica, realizando diluição quando necessário;Exercer atividade de instrumentação cirúrgica e circulante em sala;Auxiliar os maqueiros na movimentação e transporte de clientes de maneira segura;Prestar orientações e esclarecimentos aos clientes e familiares;Prestar assistência imediata aos clientes em casos de intercorrência durante o plantão;Registrar no PEP (prontuário eletrônico do paciente) os pedidos de medicamentos para os clientes, as prescrições médicas, a observação de enfermagem e as ocorrências do plantão;Cumprir às normas, procedimentos ou instruções de trabalho, conforme sua área de atuação, estabelecidos pela empresa ou legislação em vigor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Médio completo;Ensino Técnico concluído em Técnico Enfermagem;Coren ativo como Técnico;Experiência em CME;Informações adicionaisCarga horária (de acordo com a disponibilidade da vaga):180:00 | 07h 19h ou 19h 07h | 12x36Unidade:Hospital Paulo Sacramento | Rua Quinze de Novembro, 865 - Jundiaí, SP | 13201-905O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens (Programa de Descontos);
