Fazer a leitura dos indicadores biológicos de acordo com as rotinas da Instituição, receber, conferir e preparar os artigos consignados, realizar a limpeza, o preparo, a esterilização, a guarda e a distribuição de artigos, de acordo com solicitação, preparar os carros para cirurgias, preparar as caixas cirúrgicas, realizar cuidados com artigos endoscópicos em geral, monitorar efetiva e continuamente cada lote ou carga nos processos de esterilização, revisar a listagem de caixas cirúrgicas, bem como proceder à sua reposição, fazer listagem e encaminhamento de artigos e instrumental cirúrgico para conserto, dentre outras atividades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar o Enfermeiro responsável pelo atendimento na supervisão global da unidade quando solicitado pelo mesmo, bem como no planejamento da produção do CME – Controle de Materiais e Esterilização;Receber e passar o plantão do CME, informando ao Enfermeiro responsável pelo plantão subsequente sobre todas as intercorrências;Receber, organizar, conferir e dispensar materiais, instrumentais, consignados e OPME – Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais na unidade;Ler e executar planejamento do mapa cirúrgico, para conhecimento das ordens e complexidades cirúrgicas para o mapeamento das necessidades da esterilização dos materiais;Fazer anotações nos livros de registros para rastreabilidade;Realizar controle do estoque de materiais individuais e de equipes, bem como efetuar as solicitações de reposição quando necessário;Proceder à limpeza de materiais e equipamentos do setor;Realizar controle do estoque de materiais individuais e de equipes, bem como efetuar as solicitações de reposição quando necessário;Proceder à limpeza de materiais e equipamentos do setor;Encaminhar solicitações de exames laboratoriais e diagnósticos, avisos de cirurgia, entre outras solicitações compatíveis com seu limite de atuação, conforme processos estabelecidos nas Unidades hospitalares;Atender médicos e prestar informações que estejam dentro dos limites de sua função;Informar o Enfermeiro sobre toda e qualquer intercorrências da unidade;Cumprir as políticas, normas e protocolos institucionais;Colaborar na prevenção e controle de infecção hospitalar através da aplicação dos protocolos de prevenção;Cumprir todas as normas estabelecidas na RDC 15, que dispõe sobre requisitos de boas práticas para o processamento de produtos para saúde;Manter comportamento ético profissional de acordo com o Código de Ética de Enfermagem;Para o exercício do cargo de Técnico de Enfermagem é imprescindível que o ocupante do cargo tenha registro vigente no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN), além de estar com as obrigações financeiras plenamente quitadas no referido conselho;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino médio completo;Curso técnico completo de Técnico Enfermagem;Coren ativo de Técnico;Experiência na área de CME; Informações adicionaisCarga horária:07:00 as 19:00 | (12x36)Unidade:Hospital Santa Martha | Tv.
