A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar assistência de enfermagem às gestantes, parturientes, puérperas e recém-nascidos, conforme orientação do enfermeiro e protocolos institucionais.Realizar acolhimento e preparo das pacientes para consultas, exames, procedimentos e internações, garantindo atendimento humanizado e seguro.Aferir e registrar sinais vitais, monitorando as condições clínicas das pacientes e comunicando alterações ao enfermeiro responsável.Auxiliar na assistência durante o trabalho de parto, parto e pós-parto, conforme suas competências profissionais e orientações da equipe.Prestar cuidados de higiene, conforto, mobilização e alimentação às pacientes, respeitando suas necessidades e condições clínicas.Auxiliar nos cuidados imediatos ao recém-nascido, incluindo identificação, aquecimento, higiene e monitoramento, conforme protocolos institucionais.Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição e protocolos de segurança, observando os cuidados específicos relacionados à assistência materno-infantil.Realizar punção venosa, curativos, coleta de exames e outros procedimentos de enfermagem compatíveis com suas atribuições profissionais.Auxiliar na amamentação e orientar as puérperas quanto aos cuidados básicos com o recém-nascido, conforme orientação da equipe de enfermagem.Monitorar sangramentos, contrações, queixas de dor e outras manifestações clínicas, comunicando prontamente qualquer alteração ao enfermeiro.Auxiliar na preparação de materiais, equipamentos e leitos para assistência às gestantes, puérperas e recém-nascidos.Realizar coleta, identificação e encaminhamento de materiais biológicos para exames laboratoriais.Auxiliar na transferência e no transporte seguro das pacientes e dos recém-nascidos entre os setores hospitalares.Realizar registros de enfermagem no prontuário, documentando os cuidados prestados, procedimentos realizados e intercorrências identificadas.Acolher e orientar pacientes, acompanhantes e familiares sobre as rotinas da maternidade, contribuindo para uma experiência segura e humanizada.Cumprir os protocolos de identificação segura, prevenção de quedas, higienização das mãos e controle de infecções relacionadas à assistência à saúde.Auxiliar na prevenção de complicações maternas e neonatais, comunicando sinais de alerta à equipe responsável.Participar da passagem de plantão, garantindo a comunicação efetiva das informações e a continuidade da assistência.Manter a organização e higienização do ambiente assistencial, bem como a reposição de materiais e equipamentos.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e pelo uso adequado dos recursos hospitalares, contribuindo para a qualidade e segurança da assistência materno-infantil.
