Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Enfermagem Navegador(a) para atuar no cuidado integral de pacientes pediátricos indicados e submetidos ao Transplante de Medula Óssea (TMO). Este profissional terá papel importante no apoio assistencial, orientação aos familiares, acompanhamento de procedimentos e suporte à equipe multiprofissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades1. Apoio na Navegação AssistencialObjetivo: Contribuir para o cuidado contínuo e humanizado ao paciente em TMO pediátrico.Acompanhar e registrar sinais vitais, dados clínicos e intercorrências durante o processo de tratamento;Auxiliar na preparação e orientação do paciente e da família para exames e procedimentos;Apoiar na educação do paciente e da família, reforçando orientações da equipe de enfermagem e médica;Identificar e comunicar necessidades ou dificuldades do paciente à equipe multiprofissional;Participar da execução do plano de cuidados sob supervisão do enfermeiro.2. Suporte AdministrativoObjetivo: Auxiliar na organização do fluxo de atendimento, garantindo agilidade no cuidado.Acompanhar agendamentos e autorizações de exames e procedimentos junto à equipe de enfermagem;Manter o paciente e a família informados sobre o cronograma do tratamento;Apoiar na comunicação com setores administrativos e operadoras de saúde, quando necessário.Perfil DesejadoCurso Técnico de Enfermagem completo com COREN ativo;Desejável experiência com pacientes pediátricos e/ou em áreas como oncologia, hematologia ou TMO;Boa comunicação, empatia e proatividade;Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e organização.Responsabilidades AdicionaisParticipar de reuniões de equipe e contribuir com informações sobre o acompanhamento dos pacientes;Apoiar a integração entre equipe assistencial e administrativa;Atuar com foco no cuidado humanizado e na segurança do paciente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Tecnico de enfermagem CompletoCoren ativo de TecnicoCom experiência em Transplante de Medula OsseaInformações adicionaisCarga horária: 180:00 19:00 as 07:00 (12x36)Unidade: SP - HOSP MATERNO INFANTIL SINHA JUNQUEIRA
