A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar assistência de enfermagem integral e humanizada a recém-nascidos internados na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTI Neo), conforme orientação do enfermeiro e protocolos institucionais.Monitorar sinais vitais, frequência cardíaca e respiratória, saturação de oxigênio, temperatura e demais parâmetros clínicos dos neonatos.Auxiliar na monitorização contínua dos recém-nascidos, identificando alterações clínicas e comunicando imediatamente ao enfermeiro.Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição, seguindo rigorosamente os protocolos de segurança e as orientações do enfermeiro.Realizar cuidados com acessos venosos, sondas, cateteres e demais dispositivos utilizados na assistência neonatal.Prestar cuidados de higiene, conforto, posicionamento e mudança de decúbito, respeitando as necessidades e particularidades de cada recém-nascido.Auxiliar na alimentação neonatal, incluindo administração de dieta por sonda, conforme prescrição e orientação da equipe responsável.Realizar controle de balanço hídrico, diurese, eliminações e demais registros relacionados à evolução clínica do recém-nascido.Auxiliar na coleta de materiais para exames laboratoriais e no encaminhamento adequado das amostras.Preparar e organizar materiais, equipamentos e incubadoras, garantindo condições adequadas para a assistência neonatal.Auxiliar a equipe de enfermagem e multiprofissional durante procedimentos e atendimentos de urgência e emergência.Prestar cuidados específicos aos recém-nascidos em suporte ventilatório, observando os parâmetros monitorados e comunicando alterações à equipe responsável.Implementar medidas de prevenção de lesões de pele, hipotermia, infecções e outras complicações relacionadas à internação neonatal.Promover o cuidado humanizado, respeitando o desenvolvimento, a estabilidade clínica e as necessidades individuais do recém-nascido.Acolher e orientar pais e familiares sobre as rotinas da unidade, favorecendo o vínculo familiar e a participação nos cuidados, conforme as orientações da equipe.Realizar registros de enfermagem no prontuário, documentando os cuidados prestados, os parâmetros monitorados e as intercorrências identificadas.Comunicar imediatamente ao enfermeiro alterações no estado clínico dos neonatos, intercorrências e respostas aos cuidados realizados.Cumprir rigorosamente os protocolos de biossegurança, higienização das mãos, prevenção e controle de infecções relacionadas à assistência à saúde.Auxiliar na admissão, transferência e transporte seguro dos recém-nascidos, conforme os protocolos institucionais.Zelar pela organização do setor, conservação dos equipamentos e utilização adequada dos materiais e recursos hospitalares, contribuindo para a segurança e a qualidade da assistência neonatal.
