#NossoJeitoRedefineHistóriasSobre a oportunidade: Tecnico de Enfermagem - PEDIATRIAResponsável pela execução dos procedimentos de enfermagem, sob o monitoramento do Enfermeiro Assistencial, executando o plano de cuidado dos pacientes e assistindo-os em todas as suas necessidades, com o objetivo de prestar a Assistência Integral ao paciente da sua escala de trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber informações ou orientações via sistema e/ou presencial, referente às atividades do turno, para planejar as atividades de cuidado aos pacientes conforme as rotinas da área de atuação.Realizar as atividades previstas para o cuidado do paciente, cumprindo prescrição, rotinas e protocolos da área, para garantir a assistência ao paciente.Executar procedimentos de enfermagem, atendendo a legislação e determinações do COREN, visando garantir a segurança do paciente e da instituição.Registrar os controles e cuidados assistenciais realizados, por meio da utilização de prontuário eletrônico ou físico, a fim de confirmar a efetiva realização dos procedimentos determinados e registrar eventuais intercorrências.Orientar os pacientes e familiares sobre as normas e rotinas estabelecidas pelo hospital, preparos para procedimentos e exames a serem realizados e quanto à continuidade dos cuidados após alta, visando contribuir para a realização adequada dos procedimentos e a reabilitação dos pacientes.Atender e atuar de forma proativa nas intercorrências envolvendo pacientes e familiares, a fim de garantir a qualidade e segurança assistencial.Cumprir as rotinas e políticas institucionais relacionadas aos padrões de excelência definidas pela Instituição, de acordo com o manual da JCI e o processo de gerenciamento de risco, visando uma assistência de enfermagem com qualidade e segurança.Principais responsabilidades na área de atuação: Atender os pacientes, interagindo com empatia, administrando medicações conforme a prescrição, verificando sinais vitais, atualizando o quadro do plano assistencial, para garantir a assistência ao paciente.Realizar a higiene e conforto (banho, troca de fraldas etc.), visando garantir o correto atendimento ao paciente.Administrar dietas via oral, ou instalar dieta enteral, bem como realizar a hidratação, para garantir a assistência ao paciente.Acompanhar eventualmente pacientes com necessidade de transporte para exames, procedimentos ou alta hospitalar.Organizar o prontuário dos pacientes, ordenando os documentos, coletando assinaturas pendentes e identificando os itens checados, bem como o início e término das soluções, a fim de garantir agilidade e confiabilidade das rotinas e processos do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos:Curso técnico em Enfermagem concluído;Certidão de Regularidade;Desejável possuir vivência em UTI Pediátrica ou Unidade de Internação.Horário:Tarde 13h10 as 19h25OBSERVAÇÃO: NÃO REALIZAMOS CONCESSÃO DE HORÁRIOSEscala 6x1Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Restaurante no local;Creche mediante disponibilidade;Convênios com farmácia;Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Programa desafio;TotalPass;Day-Off de aniversário;Casa do Colaborador, com atividades físicas, massagem e demais cuidados com o colaborador.
