Liderar equipe de enfermagem, orientando-os no desenvolvimento das atividades técnicas e proporcionandoassistência com qualidade e segurança aos pacientes, livre de imperícia, imprudência e negligência,cumprindo e fazendo cumprir todos os protocolos e políticas de boas práticas e segurança do pacientesimplantados na Unidade, bem como implantar os que vierem como diretriz operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e passar o plantão na UTI Neonatal, informando ao Enfermeiro responsável pelo plantão subsequente sobre todas as intercorrências;Prestar cuidados integrais ao paciente de acordo com o plano assistencial estabelecido e medicação de acordo com a prescrição médica e observar os efeitos no paciente;Receber e admitir os pacientes na unidade; com objetivo de facilitar a adaptação do paciente ao ambiente hospitalar, proporcionando conforto e segurança, realizando a verificação de sinais vitais e outros procedimentos que se fizerem necessários;Ler e executar a prescrição médica e de enfermagem, bem como fazer anotações no prontuário médico incluindo as intercorrências e cuidados assistenciais prestados com os devidos cuidados para manter atualizado e em ordem o prontuário médico;Comunicar altas, transferências e óbitos aos setores afins e organizar prontuário na saída do paciente;Encaminhar solicitações de exames laboratoriais e diagnósticos, avisos de cirurgia, entre outras solicitações compatíveis com seu limite de atuação, conforme processos estabelecidos nas Unidades hospitalares;Atender médicos e familiares, bem como prestar informações que estejam dentro dos limites de sua função;Informar o Enfermeiro sobra toda e qualquer intercorrência da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórioEnsino Médio Completo;Curso Técnico Enfermagem;Coren Técnico Enfermagem ativo;Experiência em UTI NEONATAL;Informações adicionaisCarga Horária180:00 | 19:00 as 07:00 OU 07:00 as 19:00 | (12x36)UnidadeHospital Paulo SacramentoO que oferecemos?Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;
