Se você procura um ambiente dinâmico focado no acolhimento humanizado, atenção integral à saúde e rigor técnico, venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssistência e passagem de plantão: prestar assistência ao paciente, realizar a recepção e a passagem de plantão, mantendo o enfermeiro informado sobre eventuais intercorrências clínicas.Acolhimento e comunicação de fluxo: promover o acolhimento de pacientes, organizar prontuários e registrar altas do programa, transferências de cuidados ou óbitos junto aos setores responsáveis.Teleatendimento e orientação médica: prestar atendimento receptivo na central de enfermagem, orientar o uso correto de medicações prescritas e identificar sinais de alerta para encaminhamento rápido.Monitoramento de pacientes crônicos: efetuar contatos telefônicos periódicos com portadores de doenças crônicas, aplicando roteiros e protocolos para avaliar a adesão ao tratamento e o estado de saúde.Coleta e registro de dados: registrar dados de sinais e sintomas, pressão arterial e glicemia no sistema, notificando eventos adversos e não conformidades ao enfermeiro.Agendamento e encaminhamentos: orientar, agendar e encaminhar pacientes para consultas, exames laboratoriais, procedimentos e cirurgias, prestando esclarecimentos a médicos e familiares dentro do escopo da função.Rotinas de cuidados e higiene: executar orientações de sinais vitais, curativos, sondagens, higiene, conforto, alimentação e mobilização conforme o plano de assistência.Infraestrutura e normas: verificar o funcionamento dos equipamentos do setor, solicitar manutenção preventiva e corretiva e cumprir rigorosamente os protocolos institucionais e o Código de Ética de Enfermagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Curso Técnico de Enfermagem concluído com apresentação de diploma.Registro ativo e regular no COREN-AM (Conselho Regional de Enfermagem).Domínio de rotinas de atendimento telefônico, telemonitoramento e registro em sistemas.Conhecimento prévio em sinais vitais, cuidados de enfermagem e leitura de prontuário eletrônico.Desejável:Vivência anterior no acompanhamento de pacientes crônicos ou centrais de teleatendimento em saúde.Experiência em rotinas hospitalares ou em pronto atendimento.Conhecimento em rotinas de triagem, acolhimento e agendamento de exames.Informações adicionaisEscala e horário de trabalho: 180:00 06:30 12:30 - Com 15 min de intervalo (6x1)Unidade: Rua dos Tapajós, 561 - Centro, Manaus/AMO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
