Responsável por orientar, acompanhar e prestar apoio nas ações do sistema de gestão de segurança e saúde ocupacional, através do suporte local na identificação de perigos, avaliação de riscos e definições de medidas de controle, bem como na contínua execução e reavaliação das rotinas de prevenção com o objetivo de assegurar o cumprimento da Política de SMS e aprimorar a cultura de segurança dentro de todas as unidades de negócio da empresa e prestar orientações e apoio ao Tec Segurança I.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer, praticar e contribuir para a implementação e manutenção dos programas corporativos de segurança do trabalho em sua área de atuação através de orientação e capacitação da linha organizacional.Auxiliar à linha organizacional na concepção e/ou alteração de projetos e processos novos e/ou existentes sob o ponto de vista de segurança do trabalho através de ferramentas de análise de risco ou similares.Auxiliar no correto funcionamento e manutenção de sistemas fixos e móveis de prevenção e combate a situações de emergências e contingência através de inspeções e testes regulares.Auxiliar na elaboração e revisão de procedimentos e documentos da área de Segurança do Trabalho visando a padronização de ações e atendimento as diretrizes da Política da empresa.Realizar a liberação de atividades de risco, observando as condições ambientais, as normas e procedimentos de segurança internos e a legislação vigente.Realizar treinamentos de Segurança do Trabalho afim de reforçar o comprometimento de todos os colaboradores com o desempenho em segurança.Apoiar e orientar quando necessário a constituição da CIPA .Realizar simulados de segurança do trabalho incluindo evacuações e prevenção de combate ao incêndio.Realizar o preenchimento de PPP (Perfil Profissiográfico Previdênciário).Análisar e liberar atividades critícas da empresa.Elaborar relatórios de análises de riscos e sugestões de melhorias.Realizar rondas e visitas técnicas de segurança nos setores, unidades de serviços e centros de distribuição com objetivo de garantir a efetividade das normas internas e Segurança do Trabalho.Participar de reuniões de segurança com cliente.Apresentar e responder por todas as documentações relacionadas a segurança do trabalho.Acompanhar auditorias e inspeções nas frentes de trabalho.Realizar interface com cliente, com programas legais dos programado e realizado.Auxiliar no processo de análise e investigação de acidentes e incidentes utilizando metodologia adequada para a identificação das causas raízes e recomendações preventivas e corretivasResponsável por providenciar os documentos necessários para a mobilização em novos cliente, bem como bem como a atualização dos mesmos sempre que necessário.Realizar a gestão dos treinamentos obrigatórios e os vinculados ao SGQ – Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, referente ao Controle, Programação, Contratação e Execução dos Treinamento para o desempenho das atividades solicitadas pelo cliente e evidenciar a execução, bem como disponibilizar a documentação e certificações quando necessária.Realizar trimestralmente as auto avaliações das atividades vinculadas aos multiplicadores do SGQ – Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÁrea de estudo: Técnico em Segurança do TrabalhoGrau de instrução mínimo: Ensino Técnico CompletoGrau de instrução desejável: Ensino Superior CursandoConhecimento | Experiência (Obrigatório)Metodologias de análise de riscoPacote Office BásicoConhecimento | Experiência (Desejável)Conhecimento no monitoramento de desvio e identificação de riscos OSHAS 18001:2007- Interpretação de Requisitos Conhecimento básico e-SocialDisponibilidade para atuar em escala 4x4 (05:20 às 17:20)
