Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte presencial e remoto aos usuários, atendendo demandas relacionadas aos equipamentos de TI;

Realizar suporte técnico de hardware e software para desktops e notebooks;

Instalar, configurar, substituir, remanejar e realizar manutenção de equipamentos e periféricos;

Apoiar atividades de movimentação e instalação de equipamentos em mudanças de layout ou reformas nos escritórios;

Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos conforme os procedimentos e padrões definidos pela TI;

Prestar suporte aos equipamentos e softwares homologados pelo cliente;

Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas relacionados a hardware, software e estações de trabalho;

Apoiar atividades realizadas em laboratório, incluindo manutenção e preparação de equipamentos;

Atuar na criação, atualização e manutenção de imagens de equipamentos, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos pelo cliente;

Registrar e documentar os atendimentos e procedimentos realizados;

Trabalhar em conjunto com as demais equipes de TI para solução e acompanhamento das demandas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com suporte técnico de TI;

Experiência com suporte e manutenção de desktops e notebooks;

Conhecimentos em hardware e software;

Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de periféricos;

Vivência com manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos;

Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais e instalação/configuração de softwares;

Organização para registro e acompanhamento das demandas;

Boa comunicação e facilidade no atendimento aos usuários.
