Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!Requisitos e qualificações Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar na gestão, análise e acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais de atendimento e suporte, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a tomada de decisões estratégicas.📌 Principais responsabilidades:Gerenciar e acompanhar tickets de atendimento, garantindo a atualização de status, prioridades e prazos.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e operacionais sobre o volume de chamados.Criar e manter dashboards de indicadores (KPIs) de atendimento e suporte.Monitorar indicadores como backlog, SLA, TMA, TMR, aging e reincidência de incidentes.Consolidar dados de diferentes fontes para análise de desempenho.Identificar tendências, gargalos e desvios operacionais.Automatizar relatórios e rotinas de extração e tratamento de dados.Garantir a qualidade e a consistência das informações apresentadas.Desenvolver análises para apoiar a gestão e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Acompanhar planos de ação relacionados aos indicadores operacionais.🎓 Requisitos:Ensino superior completo ou cursando TI.Experiência mínima de 1 ano na área.Conhecimento ou vivência com indicadores, relatórios e acompanhamento de chamados será um diferencial.🔎 Perfil desejado:Perfil analítico e organizado.Atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a qualidade dos dados.Boa capacidade de análise e interpretação de indicadores.Facilidade para trabalhar com informações e relatórios operacionais.
