Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Realizar atendimento telefônico ao paciente para marcação de consultas e exames;

·         Direcionar as ligações entrantes e realizar ligações internas;

·         Intermediar ligações entre médicos e pacientes;

·         Enviar recados médicos e dar retorno aos pacientes dentro do prazo com as devidas respostas;

·         Otimizar as agendas médicas confirmando a vinda do paciente e disponibilizando os horários livres para remarcação, fila de espera e agendamento;

·         Remanejar horários, quando necessário, de acordo com as desistências;

·         Remarcar pacientes das agendas canceladas através de contato telefônico, whatsapp, SMS e telegrama até se esgotem todas as possibilidades;

Realizar agendamento via whatsapp.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio.

Outros Conhecimentos/Cursos: Informática básica (Pacote Office – Word e Excel).
