CAPS - O CAPS é um serviço destinado a acolher e acompanhar pacientes com transtornos mentais graves, através de atendimento integral que visa estimular e apoiar os usuários em suas iniciativas de busca da autonomia, acesso ao trabalho, lazer, exercício dos direitos civis e fortalecimento dos laços familiares e comunitários.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCumprir rotinas, normas e regulamentações da Instituição e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde;Seguir os protocolos assistenciais estabelecidos para a unidade;Coordenar grupos e oficinas terapêuticas e outros dispositivos grupais, internos ou externos à unidade;Realizar ações que possibilitem a identificação e intervenção oportuna nos casos de deficiência;Acompanhar e orientar o uso de tecnologias assistivas, bem como articular com serviços especializados, sempre que necessário;Atuar junto à equipe no fortalecimento das redes familiares e interação social das pessoas com transtorno mental ou com deficiência;Realizar o acolhimento e tratamento, por meio do PTS, das demandas de saúde mental e relativas às necessidades específicas das pessoas com deficiência;Realizar ações de promoção e proteção à saúde dos usuários em todos os ciclos de vida;Realizar adaptações e fornecer suportes para execução das atividades da vida diária (AVD), tarefas cotidianas e novas habilidades com vistas à promoção da autonomia e funcionalidade dos usuários da área de abrangência do território;Prestar atendimento ao usuário em situação de violência, risco e de vulnerabilidade social, notificando os órgãos competentes;Realizar avaliação de Terapia Ocupacional, através de instrumentos específicos;Realizar Consultas individuais e grupais com os usuários e familiares;Manter atualizados prontuários, registros de atendimentos e elaborar relatórios;Participar e contribuir com projetos de educação permanente;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição;Exercer todas as atribuições de acordo com o código de ética da categoria profissional correspondente;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Terapia Ocupacional; Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Vila PrudenteModalidade: CAPS Adulto IICarga horária: 30H
