Estamos em busca de um(a) Terapeuta Ocupacional para integrar a equipe, atuando no atendimento clínico e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento, autonomia e qualidade de vida dos pacientes.Valorizamos profissionais comprometidos com a qualidade do atendimento, que tenham olhar individualizado para as necessidades de cada paciente, organização, responsabilidade e disposição para trabalhar de forma colaborativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliação e acompanhamento da evolução clínica dos pacientes;Realizar atendimentos de Terapia Ocupacional de acordo com as necessidades individuais;Atuar em casos relacionados a estimulação precoce, integração sensorial e atrasos do desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor;Atuar com pacientes que apresentem alterações neurológicas, cognitivas e psicomotoras;Elaborar relatórios de avaliação e evolução clínica;Realizar prescrição de órteses e adaptação de materiais, visando ampliar a autonomia dos pacientes nas atividades de vida diária e vida prática;Orientar familiares e responsáveis quanto às estratégias e condutas terapêuticas;Realizar contato com escolas, quando necessário, para alinhamento de estratégias e acompanhamento do paciente;Participar de discussões e ações em conjunto com a equipe interdisciplinar;Contribuir para a definição e acompanhamento dos objetivos terapêuticos;Manter os registros clínicos atualizados e organizados;Atuar de forma ética, responsável e humanizada, respeitando as necessidades e particularidades de cada paciente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Terapia Ocupacional;CREFITO ativo;Experiência em atendimento clínico com todas as idades, mas especialmente com o público infantil;Conhecimento e experiência com estimulação precoce, integração sensorial e desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor;Experiência com pacientes que apresentem alterações neurológicas, cognitivas e/ou psicomotoras;Conhecimento em prescrição de órteses e adaptação de materiais;Capacidade para atuação em equipe interdisciplinar;Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios e registros de evolução clínica.Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação: CLTRemuneração: R$ 4.900,00Benefícios: Vale alimentação e Vale transporteHorário de trabalho: 2ª, 4ª e 6ª, das 7h45 às 12h; 3ª e 5ª, das 13h às 17h15Local de trabalho: Tatuapé - São Paulo/SPSe você se identifica com a nossa proposta de trabalho e possui o perfil para essa oportunidade, esperamos conhecer você!
