Operar torno convencional e CNC, ajustando parâmetros de velocidade e alimentação para obter o formato desejado nas peças. Preparação das peças para o processo de usinagem, incluindo a fixação no torno e a seleção das ferramentas corretas. Realização de operações como torneamento externo e interno, faseamento, sangramento, recartilhagem e abertura de roscas. Medição e inspeção das peças usinadas para garantir a conformidade com as especificações técnicas. Realização de cálculos para definir as dimensões e parâmetros de usinagem. Planejamento da sequência de operações de usinagem para otimizar o processo. Verificar calibração do instrumento utilizados na operação.Manter equipamento e ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado.Zelar pela conservação das máquinas, ferramentas e cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança.
