Aqui, cada ideia conta, cada talento contribui e cada conquista é resultado do esforço coletivo.Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para a posição de Assistente Técnico (a) JR, com foco em Assistência Técnica e suporte aos produtos da marca.Venha fazer parte do time de Assistência Técnica da Toyama!Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar realizando diagnósticos, manutenções preventivas e corretivas, além de prestar suporte técnico aos clientes e à rede de assistências autorizadas.Você será responsável pelo atendimento técnico a clientes, assistências autorizadas e equipe comercial.Se você tem perfil técnico, gosta de solucionar problemas, prestar suporte a clientes e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento técnico a clientes, assistências autorizadas e equipe comercial; Auxiliar na identificação de falhas e diagnósticos técnicos em máquinas e equipamentos; Prestar suporte técnico remoto e presencial quando necessário; Elaborar relatórios técnicos e registros de atendimento; Apoiar nos processos de garantia e análise técnica de produtos; Acompanhar testes, manutenções preventivas e corretivas; Auxiliar na orientação técnica sobre instalação, operação e manutenção dos equipamentos; Realizar acompanhamento de peças, componentes e solicitações técnicas; Manter atualizados os controles e registros da área de assistência técnica; Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos e qualidade do atendimento técnico.
