Buscamos profissionais para crescerem conosco e contribuírem de forma significativa para o nosso trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSelecionar e cortar árvores de acordo com as diretrizes ambientais e de manejo florestal.Utilizar serras manuais ou motorizadas para cortar a madeira em toras ou pedaços menores.Utilizar machados ou rachadores mecânicos para dividir toras em pedaços menores, adequados para uso como lenha.Garantir que a lenha esteja devidamente seca para maximizar a eficiência da queima e minimizar a emissão de fumaça.Carregar a lenha cortada em veículos ou animais de carga e descarregar no destino.Manter serras, machados e outros equipamentos de corte em boas condições de funcionamento.Realizar pequenos reparos em ferramentas e equipamentos para garantir a eficiência e a segurança no trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em técnicas de corte, serração e rachamento de lenha.Habilidade no uso de serras manuais e motorizadas, machados, rachadores de lenha e outros equipamentos.Cursos ou certificações em manejo florestal sera um diferencial.Capacidade de trabalhar por longos períodos em atividades fisicamente intensivas.Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe, especialmente em operações de corte e transporte de lenha.Capacidade de seguir instruções, cumprir prazos e trabalhar de forma independente.Informações adicionaisAmbiente de trabalho acolhedor, muitas oportunidades de crescimento e desenvolvimento profissional.Salário compatível com o mercado.Plano de Saúde e Odontológico por adesão.Seguro de vida.Refeitório na empresa.Incentivo educação.Vale transporte.Rota da empresa.Premiação por produtividade.
