Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e aplicar treinamentos comerciais;Capacitar a equipe em abordagem, prospecção, negociação, objeções e fechamento;Criar materiais, roteiros e conteúdos de apoio;Acompanhar a aplicação dos treinamentos na rotina dos vendedores;Identificar gaps técnicos e comportamentais e propor ações de desenvolvimento;Realizar feedbacks e acompanhamentos individuais e coletivos;Criar metodologias e ferramentas de acompanhamento de performance;Monitorar indicadores comerciais e identificar necessidades de treinamento;Realizar monitoria de atendimentos, ligações e negociações;Avaliar e validar os processos e metodologias comerciais existentes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ajustes;Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos, rotinas e ferramentas da área comercial;Apoiar a liderança na elaboração de planos de ação;Avaliar a evolução da equipe e a efetividade dos treinamentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia na área de vendas;Experiência com treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes comerciais;Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e negociação;Boa comunicação e habilidade para falar em público;Perfil didático, dinâmico e organizado;Capacidade de acompanhar indicadores e transformar dados em ações;Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de apresentação;Desejável conhecimento em CRM.Será um diferencialExperiência como Sales Trainer, Treinador Comercial ou Instrutor de Vendas;Vivência com monitoria de ligações e atendimentos;Experiência com criação de scripts e metodologias comerciais;Conhecimento em gestão de funil de vendas;Vivência em varejo, atacado ou distribuição B2B.
