Nos comprometemos em construir uma cultura cada vez mais diversa e valorizamos a inclusão de todas as pessoas independente de cor, etnia, religião, idade, identidade de gênero, orientação sexual ou deficiência, promovendo um ambiente inclusivo e com equidade de oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar os serviços de limpeza dos trens: Estar presente durante os processos de higienização realizados nas estações, pátios ou áreas operacionais, assegurando que os serviços sigam os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos para cada tipo de atividade, conforme o procedimento vigente;Realizar inspeções técnicas dos trens: Verificar visualmente e funcionalmente o estado interno dos trens (assentos, pisos, iluminação, climatização, tracionamento, frenagem, botoeiras de emergência e verificação de falhas em geral), assegurando que estejam aptas à operação comercial. Garantir que apenas trens em condições adequadas sejam liberados para a circulação;Registrar e reportar ocorrências: Identificar falhas, irregularidades ou não conformidades durante as inspeções e registrar as ocorrências em sistemas ou relatórios, sinalizando as áreas responsáveis para as tratativas necessárias;Elaborar e enviar relatórios operacionais: Produzir relatórios diários com informações quantitativas e qualitativas sobre os serviços de limpeza e as condições gerais dos trens, utilizando ferramentas digitais e registros fotográficos quando necessário;Fazer interface com equipes terceirizadas: Interagir com os colaboradores das empresas de limpeza, acompanhando a execução dos serviços, orientando quanto a padrões esperados e auxiliando na solução de pendências.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você:✅Ensino Médio Completo; ✅ Ter uma deficiência reconhecida, com laudo comprovando a condição.

✅Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;✅ Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos de 12 horas.
