Entre as responsabilidades da concessionária estão a ampliação e revitalização de estações, a requalificação da infraestrutura existente e o fechamento de passagens em nível, garantindo mais segurança e conforto para os passageiros.A Trivia chega para contribuir com a transformação da mobilidade urbana, promovendo um transporte público mais eficiente e acessível em São Paulo.Se você se enquadra nos requisitos para essa oportunidade, faça sua inscrição e não deixe de compartilhar com a sua rede de contatos.♿As nossas vagas também são inclusivas.#TriviaTrens #oportunidadesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão:Responsável pela Coordenação do planejamento e controle dos diversos projetos, com o objetivo de manter os cronogramas, a qualidade, custos e compliance, dentro dos procedimentos estabelecidos pela área e em conformidade com o Planejamento Estratégico da empresa. Principais atividades Programar e monitorar detalhadamente e com antecedência, ações, recursos, metodologias, e meios necessários para a realização dos Projetos. Elaborar e monitorar planos de ataques de obra, avaliando cenários, buscando eficiência, acompanhando produtividades e avanços planejados. Estudar e aplicar as melhores práticas em soluções de engenharia, sempre com foco em redução de custos, cumprimento de prazos e sustentabilidade; Monitorar o andamento dos Projetos, aferindo os resultados físicos e econômicos para, se necessário, e sempre que necessário revisar o planejamento prévio, a fim de garantir as entregas pactuadas; Apoiar a Gestão nas decisões de instâncias superiores por meio do fornecimento de dados e informações de sua área de competência; Gerir e acompanhar as tendências da área por meio do monitoramento do avanço físico e econômico dos Projetos, garantindo maior precisão e assertividade nas projeções apresentadas; Elaborar e revisar anualmente o Planejamento Financeiro de Infraestrutura, elaborando cenários e atualizando, sempre que necessário, cenários para garantia dos níveis de serviços básicos do sistema, cumprimento do Contrato de Concessão e buscando eficácia no CAPEX. DESAFIOS (GERENCIAL)Apresentar informações de forma clara e concisa, garantindo que a diretoria compreenda rapidamente os dados e relatórios;Lidar com a gestão de várias equipes e subcontratadas, assegurando que todos trabalhem de forma colaborativa e eficiente;Adaptar-se a mudanças de escopo, que podem ocorrer devido a necessidades do cliente, condições climáticas ou regulatórias, entre outros;Manter uma comunicação clara e eficaz entre todas as partes interessadas, incluindo clientes, fornecedores e membros da equipe;Representar o setor e a empresa em reuniões com clientes internos e externos;Distribuir as tarefas entre a equipe, assegurando as entregas dentro do prazo e qualidade adequados.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações:Formação Acadêmica: Tecnólogo no ramo civil ou superior em Engenharia Civil;Sistema - MS PROJECT, Primavera P6 e Pacote Office.Desejável: pós-graduação/Especialização Gestão de Projetos;
