Nosso time é formado por excelentes profissionais da área da tecnologia.Colaboração e comprometimento fazem parte do nosso dia-a-dia, quando desenvolvemos novas funcionalidades, construindo um produto robusto e escalável.Fazendo parte de nossa equipe, seu trabalho irá impactar em milhares de usuários, de algumas das maiores empresas do país, que utilizam nossa solução diariamente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo da posição:Projetar a experiência do usuário nos serviços disponibilizados via whatsapp, definindo como cada jornada deverá funcionar dentro do WhatsApp e quais recursos do canal deverão ser utilizados para entregar a melhor experiência possível.O profissional será responsável por transformar requisitos de negócio e jornadas de serviços em experiências digitais executáveis no WhatsApp, combinando os recursos disponíveis no canal para reduzir esforço, etapas, erros e abandono e aumentar a conclusão dos serviços.A posição exige conhecimento técnico das possibilidades e limitações do WhatsApp Business Platform e capacidade de tomar decisões de UX orientadas por dados e resultados.Principal responsabilidade:Para cada serviço, responder:*Qual é a melhor experiência possível para o cidadão realizar esta jornada dentro do WhatsApp?Responsabilidades:Arquitetura da experiência no WhatsApp  Desenhar a experiência end-to-end dos serviços dentro do WhatsApp.* Definir a arquitetura de interação de cada jornada.* Selecionar os componentes e recursos do WhatsApp mais adequados para cada etapa.* Determinar quando uma interação deve acontecer diretamente na conversa ou por meio de WhatsApp Flows.* Estruturar formulários e experiências transacionais utilizando os componentes disponíveis no canal.* Definir padrões de navegação, seleção, confirmação, retorno, correção e cancelamento.* Projetar experiências considerando as limitações técnicas e políticas da plataforma.* Definir a melhor combinação entre automação, IA e atendimento humano.* Trabalhar com tecnologia para avaliar a viabilidade das experiências propostas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência com:* UX Design;* Interaction Design;* Conversational UX;* arquitetura de interação;* desenho de jornadas digitais;* prototipação;* testes de usabilidade;* produtos digitais;* análise de métricas de produto;* desenho orientado a dados;* trabalho com equipes de produto e tecnologia.Resultado esperado da posição:Transformar as capacidades técnicas do WhatsApp em experiências simples, eficientes e mensuráveis para o cidadão, aumentando a capacidade da GurIA de resolver serviços públicos diretamente pelo canal.Informações adicionaisNossas benefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida; Day off: será concedido ao colaborador folga em virtude do dia do aniversário, devendo este ser usufruído na mesma data e/ou no mês do aniversário;Recesso Remunerado;
