Nossa cultura é centrada em pessoas, através do respeito a diversidade, compartilhamento de conhecimento num ambiente colaborativo e acolhedor.  Se fez sentido pra você, aplique sua candidatura e aguarde o contato do nosso time de pessoas e prepare-se para uma jornada positiva! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o time técnico na criação de cenários e jornadas de uso (Q&A / validação de cenários);Conduzir e moderar sessões de ideação, brainstorming, co-criação e dinâmicas em grupo;Planejar e executar pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas para entendimento do comportamento do usuário;Traduzir insights em soluções de design funcionais e eficientes;Desenvolver wireframes e protótipos de baixa e alta fidelidade;Conduzir testes de usabilidade e iterar com base nos resultados;Atuar na criação de interfaces para aplicações mobile;Contribuir com a evolução e manutenção de Design Systems;Trabalhar em parceria com times de produto, tecnologia e stakeholders.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com moderação de sessões colaborativas (ideação, co-criação, etc.);Vivência com pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas;Conhecimento em princípios, técnicas e ferramentas de UX/UI;Experiência com wireframes e prototipação de alta fidelidade;Conhecimento do processo de Discovery em produtos digitais;Experiência com testes de usabilidade;Experiência no desenvolvimento de interfaces mobile;Conhecimento em Design System;Proficiência em ferramentas como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch ou InVision;Boa comunicação, proatividade, empatia e capacidade de negociação;Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em Porto Alegre/RS (Duas semanas presencial no cliente);Formação em Design (Interação, Interfaces, Serviços, Gráfico com ênfase em UX), Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.DiferenciaisExperiência com pensamento de produto;Vivência em Product Discovery;Atuação próxima a times de tecnologia (apoio em definição de cenários, validações, etc.).ImportanteÉ obrigatória a apresentação de portfólio;O portfólio deve conter projetos com atuação clara em UX Design (evitar materiais focados apenas em direção de arte, marketing ou design gráfico sem contexto de experiência do usuário).Informações adicionaisPor aqui você terá:Vale iFood (alimentação e refeição);Aux.
