Nossa atuação abrange diversos segmentos, como Telecom, Varejo, Educação, Financeiro, Indústria/Cosméticos e Energia, sempre com foco em soluções inovadoras e de alto impacto. 👉 Candidate-se agora e construa o futuro da tecnologia conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuições Mapear jornadas AS IS e TO BE, utilizando práticas de Design Thinking, Service Design e UX Research para identificar dores, gargalos e oportunidades.Planejar e conduzir entrevistas, pesquisas, testes de usabilidade e validações com usuários e stakeholders.Projetar jornadas mobile e web para processos financeiros, fiscais, jurídicos e operacionais, com foco na experiência de motoristas e gestores de frotas.Traduzir necessidades dos usuários, regras de negócio e requisitos técnicos em user flows, wireframes, protótipos navegáveis e interfaces de alta fidelidade.Estruturar arquitetura da informação, user flows e fluxos de navegação para produtos mobile e web complexos.Criar wireframes de baixa e média fidelidade para explorar hipóteses, organizar conteúdos e validar fluxos.Desenvolver protótipos navegáveis e interfaces de alta fidelidade, detalhando interações, comportamentos, estados, regras e cenários de exceção.Aplicar princípios de UI Design, design de interação, acessibilidade (WCAG) e usabilidade com autonomia.Atuar como guardião do Design System, evoluindo componentes, padrões e guidelines para garantir consistência, escalabilidade e reutilização.Realizar handoff para Desenvolvimento, documentando comportamentos, estados, regras, especificações e cenários de exceção.Trabalhar em parceria com Produto, Tecnologia, Operações, Dados, Segurança e Prevenção a Fraudes, equilibrando experiência do usuário, viabilidade técnica e objetivos do negócio.Acompanhar a implementação por meio de Design QA, garantindo aderência entre a solução projetada e a experiência entregue.Monitorar indicadores como conversão, abandono, adoção, satisfação, tempo de execução, esforço do usuário e acionamentos ao suporte, propondo evoluções contínuas com base em dados.Facilitar workshops e dinâmicas colaborativas, definindo métodos, conduzindo grupos multidisciplinares, mediando divergências e direcionando decisões.Definir e acompanhar métricas de experiência, conversão, abandono de jornada, adoção e satisfação dos usuários após a implantação das soluções.Aplicar práticas de Design Thinking e Service Design para entendimento e evolução das jornadas ponta a ponta.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida como UX Designer ou Product Designer.Experiência em produtos digitais e aplicativos mobile.Experiência em UX Research, incluindo entrevistas e testes de usabilidade.Pleno domínio de Figma.Experiência em mapeamento, redesenho e transformação de jornadas.Experiência na construção e evolução de jornadas de onboarding, captura de documentos ou processos digitais transacionais.Experiência em desenho de fluxos mobile-first.Conhecimento em métricas de produto e experiência do usuário.Experiência com análise de dados para tomada de decisão em UX.Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções centradas no usuário.Experiência em ambientes ágeis e conhecimento básico de Lean Inception e Scrum.Capacidade de atuar com processos complexos e múltiplos stakeholders.Conhecimento de Design Thinking e Service Design.DiferenciaisExperiência em aplicativos de alta frequência de uso, como pagamentos, mobilidade, logística ou delivery.Experiência em aplicativos transacionais.Experiência em produtos B2B.Experiência em soluções para logística, mobilidade ou gestão de frotas.Vivência em jornadas envolvendo requisitos de segurança e prevenção à fraude.Experiência com jornadas fiscais.Conhecimento em acessibilidade digital.Vivência em produtos que conciliem requisitos regulatórios, experiência do usuário e segurança.
