Estamos em busca de uma pessoa UX Writer Júnior para integrar nosso Time Criativos.Procuramos um perfil adaptável e estratégico, que valorize a colaboração e esteja disposto a aprender e compartilhar conhecimentos.Você terá a oportunidade de atuar diretamente na construção de experiências que engajam usuários, criando textos para E-mails Marketing, Push, WhatsApp, Chatbots, Landing Pages e outros projetos estratégicos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver copy para interfaces digitais, como E-mails Marketing, WhatsApp, Chatbots e Landing Pages;Trabalhar em parceria com Designers, Desenvolvedores e times estratégicos;Garantir a consistência e acessibilidade dos textos em todas as plataformas;Analisar dados para melhorar a eficácia dos conteúdos e embasar decisões criativas;Modular a escrita de acordo com o público e os objetivos de cada projeto;Participar de sprints e projetos ágeis, adaptando-se a mudanças de escopo quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio da Língua Portuguesa com excelência em redação e gramática;Experiência com Redação e UX Writing, incluindo e-mail marketing, microcopy, fluxos de usuário e conteúdo estratégico;Conhecimento de boas práticas de acessibilidade em conteúdo;Familiaridade com ferramentas como Figma;Habilidade para interpretar briefings, benchmarks e dados de mercado;Visão estratégica para alinhar conteúdo aos objetivos do negócio e dos usuários;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e adaptável em ambientes ágeis;Graduação completa ou em andamento em Letras, Comunicação, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.Diferenciais:Experiência com mercado B2B;Conhecimento em SEO para otimização de textos;Experiência na análise de dados para otimização de conteúdo e identificação de oportunidades.Comportamentos esperados:Perfil criativo, proativo e colaborativo;Vontade de aprender e compartilhar conhecimentos com o time;Organização e comprometimento com a alta qualidade das entregas;Boa relação interpessoal com equipes internas e externas;Ownership e senso de responsabilidade pelas entregas.
