Disseminar a informação com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso e geração do conhecimento através do acervo bibliográfico, prezando sempre pelo atendimento personalizado e humanizado, bem como, supervisionar a biblioteca da unidade, além de redes e sistemas de informação. Desenvolver estudos  e  pesquisas, realizar  difusão cultural, desenvolver  ações  educativas e assessorar  nas  atividades  de  ensino, pesquisa e extensão, sempre voltado a atender à Missão e o Carisma Claretiano.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia você vai:Acompanhar as atividades de atendimento de empréstimo e consulta, bem como orientando usuários sobre atendimento local e à distância, quanto aos recursos de informação, uso dos equipamentos e do sistema da biblioteca;Orientar e prestar informações a usuários e pesquisadores referente ao acervo e informações bibliográficas;Prestar assistência na conservação de materiais e equipamentos, além de zelar pelas condições físicas e ambientais da biblioteca, garantindo a integridade do acervo e favorecendo a satisfação dos usuários;Elaborar escalas de trabalho da equipe de atendimento, acompanhando as atividades dos auxiliares;Elaborar o inventário patrimonial da Biblioteca, além de orientação a equipe na realização do inventário anual;Organizar e manter atualizados os catálogos e cadastros da biblioteca, administrar informações no sistema de gestão, efetuar a digitação e o controle dos registros de documentos referentes às diversas etapas do cadastramento automatizado, para as bases/bancos de dados existentes de disseminação da informação;Colaborar na realização de projetos culturais e eventos, como feira de livros, exposição de arte, entre outras;Orientar sobre as atividades informatizadas e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de aplicativos para a Biblioteca;Executar e/ou orientar tarefas de análise documental e acervo, tais como catalogação, indexação, classificação, entre outros;Executar a aquisição de material bibliográfico, controlar o seu recebimento e manter atualizados os respectivos controles, bem como acompanhar as atividades de preparação de materiais doados ou recebidos;Selecionar material para encadernação/restauro;Organizar e elaborar guias, folhetos, folders e outros veículos de divulgação dos serviços prestados pela biblioteca;Executar outras tarefas correlatas e demais atividades inerentes ao setor por determinação superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesE o que você precisa ter?🎓 Ensino Superior Completo de Bacharel em Biblioteconomia;🗂️ Conhecimentos: Planejamento e organização;📋 Registro: Conselho Regional de Biblioteconomia.Informações adicionaisInclusãoPara o Claretiano, cada pessoa é um ser único e singular e, incluir, é criar um ambiente em que as pessoas possam ser elas mesmas, exercendo seus propósitos e atingindo a plenitude humana.Por isso, todas as nossas vagas também são aplicáveis às pessoas com deficiência (PcD).
