Atuar na prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho e promovendo uma cultura de prevenção nas operações de hotéis, resorts e parques. Atuar de forma próxima às equipes operacionais, identificando riscos, propondo medidas preventivas, realizando inspeções, treinamentos e acompanhando a implementação das ações corretivas, contribuindo para a segurança dos colaboradores, terceiros, hóspedes e visitantes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Atribuições

·        Realizar inspeções de segurança nas unidades, identificando riscos e condições inseguras.

·        Acompanhar e implementar ações preventivas e corretivas.

·        Realizar análise de riscos e investigação de acidentes e incidentes.

·        Acompanhar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e procedimentos internos.

·        Realizar treinamentos e integrações de Segurança do Trabalho.

·        Orientar colaboradores e gestores sobre práticas seguras de trabalho.

·        Realizar gestão e controle de EPIs e EPCs.

·        Apoiar a gestão do PGR, CIPA e demais documentos de SST.

·        Acompanhar atividades de terceiros e prestadores de serviços.

·        Atuar de forma próxima às operações de hotéis, resorts e parques.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

·        Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo.

·        Registro profissional ativo.

·        Experiência na função.

·        Conhecimento em NRs, PGR e eSocial SST.

·        Experiência com inspeções, treinamentos e investigação de acidentes.

·        Boa comunicação, organização e perfil preventivo.

·        Disponibilidade para atuação operacional e acompanhamento das unidades.

·        Desejável CNH/ Veículo

Diferencial

Experiência em hotelaria, resorts, parques aquáticos, turismo, entretenimento ou operações de grande fluxo de pessoas.

Experiência com sistema SOC.
