O cargo responde pelo preparo das panelas para vazamento de peças, realizando reparos, limpando e aquecendo adequadamente as panelas e checando a posição dos moldes para garantir a qualidade do vazamento de peças.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar reparos nas panelas, verificando visualmente as condições do refratário e realizando os reparos necessários para manter o equipamento em plenas condições de uso.Atender as normas de segurança de trabalho assim como procedimentos da gestão integrada da qualidade, visando garantir a integridade física dos colaboradores.Preparar as panelas, limpando e verificando os diâmetros, aquecendo o revestimento da panela com o maçarico, checando a temperatura adequada para que a panela esteja pronta para o vazamento de peças.Verificar os moldes e a situação de vazamento, observando visualmente a posição dos moldes e solicitando as alterações necessárias para garantir a qualidade do vazamento.Executar o processo de vazamento do metal líquido em conformidade ao solicitado em documentos técnicos e também procedimentos e instruções de trabalho.Cumprir os padrões de organização e limpeza.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental CompletoHorário:1° turno: segunda a sexta das 05:00h as 13:30h e sábados das 05:00h as 09:00h.Informações adicionaisBenefícios oferecidos:✅ Refeitório na empresa (R$ 2,74 por refeição) ✅ Seguro de vida em grupo ✅ Plano de Saúde UNIMED (Empresa paga 100% da mensalidade para o colaborador após o período de 3 meses de experiência)  ✅ Plano Odontológico UNIODONTO (Empresa paga 100% da mensalidade para o colaborador após o período de 3 meses de experiência)
