Conduzir todo o processo de vendas, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento da negociação e o acompanhamento pós-venda. Prospectar novos clientes e fortalecer o relacionamento com a carteira ativa, conforme o canal de atuação. Apresentar especificações técnicas, benefícios, diferenciais e funcionalidades dos produtos comercializados. Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais, realizando o acompanhamento das negociações até a efetivação da venda. Alcançar as metas de vendas, faturamento e demais indicadores definidos pela área comercial. Desenvolver e manter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes, visando fidelização e novas oportunidades de negócio. Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações de clientes, negociações e vendas nos sistemas internos. Acompanhar prazos de entrega e disponibilidade de estoque, garantindo alinhamento das expectativas dos clientes. Manter-se atualizado sobre lançamentos de produtos, campanhas promocionais e condições comerciais da empresa.
