Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um(a) Vendedor(a) de Acessórios para realizar o atendimento e a venda de acessórios automotivos, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes e o atingimento das metas comerciais, assegurando o correto processo de faturamento, instalação e entrega dos produtos, em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade, a satisfação do cliente e atendimento do Grupo.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e prospectar clientes da concessionaria realizando a venda consultiva de acessórios automotivos e oferecendo soluções que agreguem valor ao veículo e à experiência do cliente.Efetuar a venda de acessórios ao cliente (showroom de novos, seminovos e oficina) por meio de atendimento presencial, telefônico ou digital (WhatsApp e e-mail), apresentando o mix de produtos, funcionalidades e benefícios.Agendar e recepcionar clientes de retorno, identificando eventuais problemas relacionados aos acessórios instalados e realizando as correções necessárias, visando manter altos índices de satisfação.Acompanhar processos de garantia de acessórios, desde o atendimento e abertura até o encerramento, garantindo a tratativa adequada e a satisfação total do cliente.Abrir e acompanhar ordens de serviço (O.S.) para instalação de acessórios, utilizando o sistema corporativo assegurando o correto fluxo de execução e cumprimento de prazos.Acompanhar o prazo de instalação junto à equipe técnica, garantindo a conformidade com os padrões da montadora e a entrega dentro do prazo acordado.Monitorar o atendimento dos consultores de serviços, assegurando que todos os clientes sejam devidamente apresentados e atendidos no processo de venda de acessórios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:Ensino Médio Completo Carteira Nacional de Habilitação, categoria B (Ativa)Técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.Conhecimento em acessórios automotivos.Conhecimento em Pacote Office – Excel, Word, PowerPointNoções de faturamento, emissão de notas e processos de garantia.O #GrupoNewChase é o seu lugar!Será considerado um diferencial se:Tem conhecimento em sistema corporativos - APOLLO e Syonet.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Salário compatível com o mercado;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Gympass - extensivo para até 3 dependentes;Telemedicina sem custo - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Atendimento Psicológico - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Descontos em cursos de Graduação, Pós Graduação, MBA e Inglês 100% online;Universidade Corporativa;Programa de Reconhecimento por tempo de empresa;Programa de Atenção à Gestante.
