Ter afinidade genuína com design e decoração de interiores é essencial para o sucesso nesta posição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento consultivo a clientes e arquitetos, presencialmente e por canais digitais (loja, Instagram, WhatsApp, e-mail e eventos);Elaborar, enviar e acompanhar orçamentos, pedidos e todo o processo de venda e pós-venda;Manter o CRM atualizado e organizado, garantindo a qualidade das informações e o acompanhamento das oportunidades;Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com arquitetos, clientes e parceiros;Apoiar ações comerciais, lançamentos, eventos e ativações da marca;Zelar pela organização, apresentação da loja e execução do visual merchandising (VM);Realizar a embalagem e conferência dos pedidos, além de organizar os agendamentos de entrega junto à equipe de logística;Acompanhar, em conjunto com as equipes de logística e produção, o fluxo de separação, conferência e envio dos produtos;Contribuir para uma experiência de atendimento alinhada ao posicionamento e à proposta da marca.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGentileza, bom humor e comunicação elegante são indispensáveis;Experiência com vendas consultivas e atendimento ao cliente;Experiência com CRM de vendas, Excel e WhatsApp Business;Experiência prévia com vendas de alto padrão será considerada um diferencial;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar o cliente durante toda a jornada de compra.Informações adicionaisSalário fixo + comissão sobre vendas.Premiação bimestral por desempenho.Vale-alimentação.Vale-transporte.Incentivo à cultura e educação.Day off no mês do aniversário.
