O(a) vendedor (a) deve atuar na implantação das estratégias, promovendo o controle operacional, administrativo e financeiro, realizando e acompanhando o cumprimento das metas, sempre com foco nas vendas e nos resultados.Atividades a serem desenvolvidas pelo(a) vendedor (a):Quanto a Operação·        Coletar cadastros de clientes nas ações de marketing;·        Agendar visitas a possíveis parceiros, efetuando a visita para fechar parceria de negócios;·        Preencher a planilha de ligações a novos clientes e/ou sistema de gestão diariamente;·        Realizar o pós-venda;·        Abordar os clientes ao telefone;·        Executar a captação de contatos de acordo com as estratégias preconizadas pela empresa;·        Realizar ligações para agendar visitas;·        Realizar visitas externas;·        Realizar as ações internas e externas;·        Elaborar estratégias de marketing;·        Elaborar material promocional e meios de prospecção;·        Organizar as ações e eventos de prospecção de clientes;·        Elaborar eventos internos e externos para fixação e divulgação da marca/produtos;·        Fazer o controle da qualidade do material de divulgação;·        Analisar retorno das mídias aplicadas. ·        Avaliar parcerias estratégicas para fomento das vendas;·        Aplicar pesquisa de satisfação com os clientes duas vezes ao ano;·        Fomentar por meio de visitas, ligações e novas propostas as parcerias já estabelecidas com empresas para não se perder o vínculo;·        Planejar e organizar a participação em eventos, feiras e demais atividades a fim de promover os produtos.Quanto ao Administrativo·        Treinar e acompanhar novos colaboradores quando necessário;·        Monitorar desempenho da equipe;·        Analisar todos os relatórios do sistema de gestão, verificando se as informações estão corretas;·        Reuniões mensais para apresentação de resultados aos sócios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPacote Office a nível intermediário;Desejável que tenha realizado cursos voltados para vendas;Noções de finanças;Vendas diretas, supervisão de equipe;Experiência mínima de 2 (dois) anos em vendas;Carro próprio;Espanhol fluente;Habilidade com redes sociais;Vontade de crescimento pessoal e profissional;Comprometimento com resultados;Educação, dinamismo e cortesia;Disponibilidade para viagens.EscolaridadeSuperior em Administração, Hotelaria e áreas afins;Informática.Informações adicionaisOferecemos comissão + combustível + despesas de viagem ( expectativa de ganho de 5 a 10 mil reais )Contratação via MEI
