Além disso, você irá atender a outras demandas, como substituição de dispositivos, devoluções e atendimento ao cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDar aos clientes informações pertinentes em relação ao produto, explicando as formas de pagamentos e efetiva a venda, através da solicitação ao cliente de documentos pessoais/PJ, para checagem do cadastro, anexando as cópias destes ao termo de adesão para assinatura do contrato;Instalar o identificador no vidro dianteiro do automóvel do cliente, através da indicação do fabricante;Prestar atendimento diversos para os clientes seguindo os procedimentos da empresaAssegurar que todos os processos estejam inseridos em sistema, mantendo todos os controles e relatórios atualizados;Enviar solicitações e documentações para análise de crédito, através do sistema, para aprovação das vendas de categoria maior (caminhões/ônibus) ou conforme procedimento, diretamente ou via delivery.Informar, controlar e armazenar o estoque de identificadores recebidos da sede, através do registro de movimento de entrada e saída em registro próprio; Manter o Ponto de Venda organizado;Fazer uso correto dos equipamentos destinados para o desempenho de suas atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino fundamental completo;Desejável ensino médio cursando;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas;Informações adicionaisFique por dentro do que te oferecemos:Comissão mensal competitiva: quanto melhores os resultados, maiores os ganhos!
