Responsabilidades e atribuições Como Vendedor(a) Interno(a), você será responsável por:Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo aos clientes por telefone e WhatsApp, apresentando portfólio, condições comerciais e oportunidades de negócio.Conduzir negociações comerciais, buscando equilíbrio entre volume, preço, margem e rentabilidade.Gerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, acompanhando pedidos, entregas, rupturas e oportunidades de expansão.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de vendas, estoque, giro e desempenho dos clientes.Identificar oportunidades e propor planos de ação para aumento das vendas, redução de perdas e melhoria da performance da carteira.Acompanhar metas individuais e da carteira, atuando para o alcance dos resultados comerciais.Manter atualizados os registros de clientes, negociações e oportunidades no CRM e sistemas comerciais.Atuar em parceria com Trade Marketing, Logística, Financeiro e demais áreas envolvidas na operação comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos profissionais que tenham:Ensino Médio completo.Desejável Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior com vendas internas, televendas ou atendimento comercial.Vivência no setor de bens de consumo.Conhecimento de Excel e familiaridade com CRM e sistemas de pedidos.Facilidade para análise e interpretação de indicadores e relatórios comerciais.Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.Será um diferencial:Experiência no segmento de alimentos e bebidas.Vivência com produtos refrigerados ou de alta rotatividade (FMCG).
