Este profissional tem como principal objetivo atuar no tratamento de oportunidades, oferta e fechamento de vendas do Consórcio, seguros e outros produtos Rands.Se você tem este perfil, venha fazer parte do Time da RANDS!#VocênaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #RandsResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlimentar e manter atualizado o pipeline de vendas com abertura de oportunidades, por meio de iniciativas inbound e outbound;Estabelecer conexão com o cliente, realizar sondagem das necessidades e expetativas, ofertar e vender consórcios, seguros e outros produtos da vertical Rands por inúmeros canais de comunicação;Engajar e qualificar potenciais clientes, por meio de técnicas de vendas consultivas, gerando oportunidades reais;Elaborar propostas comerciais, demonstrando as formas de estruturação dos planos existentes;Acompanhar as oportunidades de negócio e concorrência, estabelecendo novos contatos com o lead, de modo a impulsionar o fechamento da venda e melhor atendimento;Realizar contatos por canais e horários variados, para estabelecer a comunicação com o lead e com isso realizar a abordagem de fechamento;Garantir padrões de qualidade no modelo de execução comercial, de acordo com orientações, fluxos e ferramentas disponibilizadas pela empresa, garantindo bom desempenho dos indicares de eficiência e resultados;Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;Outras rotinas comerciaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Ensino médio concluído;Curso ou conhecimento em Informática/Pacote Office.Desejáveis:Vivencia na prospecção e qualificação de leads em Serviços Financeiros;Experiência e conhecimento das Técnicas de Vendas, (Spin Sales ou BANT).Informações adicionais
