Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e prospectar clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e demais canais de atendimento;Realizar contatos ativos com clientes, apresentando produtos, soluções e condições comerciais;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer produtos adequados ao seu perfil e demanda;Elaborar e enviar cotações e propostas comerciais, realizando o acompanhamento até a conclusão da venda;Negociar preços, prazos e condições de pagamento, conforme políticas comerciais da empresa;Registrar e acompanhar pedidos no sistema;Realizar follow-up de propostas, pedidos e oportunidades de vendas;Manter e desenvolver o relacionamento com a carteira de clientes;Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócio;Acompanhar metas e indicadores de vendas, buscando o atingimento dos resultados estabelecidos;Atualizar informações cadastrais e comerciais dos clientes no sistema;Apoiar a equipe Comercial em atividades relacionadas ao atendimento, vendas e pós-venda;Acompanhar o processo de venda junto às áreas internas, garantindo o correto atendimento ao cliente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Diferencial conhecimento na linha de motores a diesel.
